Memm, Inc. and its affiliates (“Memm, “we”, “our”) operate Websites, including and our blogs (our “Websites”). “Services” refers to any products (paid of free, current or future) offered by Memm, Inc. Memm, Inc.'s policy regarding privacy of the people using the Websites or other Memm Services is contained herein. How is the Information Shared

Storage, Security, & Data Transfer


Cookies store your preferences and session information, allowing you to remain logged into our Websites. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your (the visitor’s) computer. Some cookies used by Memm may remain on your computer after leaving the Websites, but most will expire between 14 and 365 days. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other Websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other Website. We do not collect personal information about your online activities over time and across third-party Websites. However, because we link to social media Websites, these may include third-party advertisements and may collect information about your online activities when you visit this site. Not all tracking will stop even if you delete cookies.


Our data hosting Services are provided in the United States of America. The providers chosen use a variety of security measures to ensure protection. Although we are committed to implementing security measures to protect our user data, it is impossible to completely secure all data, given the nature of online and changing technologies. We cannot guarantee that data is completely safe and secure from intrusion.

How Long the Data is Stored

Personal information is stored until you request it to be deleted. However, we may retain some personal information in order to meet legal and financial requirements, for dispute resolution, and to enforce our agreements.

Subscription data is stored until the subscription is no longer active. Once your subscription expires, data is archived, and security measures are enforced.

Transmission of Personal Data

The user understands and agrees that in sending Memm any information through our Websites or Services, the user automatically consents to the transmission of such information for processing in accordance with Memm business practices.

How to Control Your Information

Update Personal Information

Opt Out of Email Notifications

You can opt out of receiving subscription email notifications through the "Unsubscribe" links at the bottom of any of our subscription/marketing/promotional emails. Memm will maintain confidentiality of all communications that contain personal information transmitted directly to Memm.


Memm and our Services are not intended, designed, or directed to individuals under age 13. If you are under the age of 13 years, please do not use our Services, and please do not register on our Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13. If and when it is brought to our attention that personal information has been collected from those who are under the age of 13 years, we will perform appropriate measures to remove and delete this information. Although most changes are likely to be minor, Memm may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, at any time, and in the sole discretion of Memm. Memm encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to the Privacy Policy. Information may be shared per the “How is the Information Shared” section above. Memm does not sell personal information, as is defined in the CCPA. Cookies are used per the “Storage, Security and Transfer of Data” section above.

Within certain limitations guided by the law, you have the right to request we disclose the personal Information we collect, including the right to request specific personal information that Memm has collected about you in the prior 12 months. You have the right to request that we delete personal information, to opt out of any "sales", and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these aforementioned rights.

You may choose to exercise your rights by submitting your request in writing on our Contact page, via email, or through mail per the instructions under "Contact Us". To verify the authenticity of the request, we may use account information (including your email address) or request government ID. You have the right to assign an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf. If we are unable to verify the authenticity of a request or authenticity of an authorized agent, the request may be denied.
